I am 39 years old and recently have been diagnosed with diverticulitis disease. I have had two bad attacks within the past three weeks. My doctor says its from eating strawberries and sesame seeds. I thought this was unproven. What else should I avoid that may bring on this sudden attacks? Thanks.
