My 4 yr. old daughter was just diagnosed with central pp. Her bone scanned is that of an 11yr. The doctor wants to start her on lupron right away. How far advanced was your bone age when you were diagnosed? Did the lupron make you emotional or moody? I am very interested in your experience. I am going to the endocrinologist tomorrow and will ask him about the long term effects of Buserelin and lupron. I'll reply with any info. Thanks
