Puberty should have started by now so you are right to be concerned. Despite the sensativity of the subject, please see your doctor and ask for hormone testing. Low testosterone could be the case which can be caused by many things including genetic disorders. My son did not tell us he was not developing. He grew in height (these things are controlled by seperate hormones) so we did not suspect anything was wrong. In fact, you do not stop growing in height until you complete puberty. As it turns out he has what is called hypogonadism. He is 19 and has not gone through puberty yet. Low testosterone causes not only delayed puberty but affects other things such as muscle and bone development and behavior. This is not something you should ignore and hope you are just a late bloomer. Get it checked out. Good luck! And if it turns out you have a genetic disorder, feel free to e-mail me for information on some good resources. I have done alot of research for my son.
