I often spend five hours at a time on the Internet. I usually do computer research in an air-conditioned university library. My shoulders get very stiff and become very painful--help!! I'll be seeing a doctor April 18,2001. In the meantime, what could be the problem? I notice it more when I sit for a while, and when I am in an air-conditioned environment.
