I tried the topamax, beside the wieght loss, I didn't really see much improvement, but I ws in a MAJOR cluster. I've tried neurontin, something with a verampamil, and now tegratol. We'll see how that goes. Since I'm on the verge of loosing my job as an office manager, I've got to find something that work NOW! Many people have good luck with the topamax. I'm also going to try feverfew and magnesium - ask you doctor about that combination with B-complex. Good luck, we all need it. kmct
