The pain of a heart attack is not relieved by rest. It is caused by blokcked blood flow ro the heart muscle. He needs to find a good Doctor who is willing to work with him before it is too late! It could be caused by smoking, High blood pressure or high cholesterol plus high stress levels etc. He needs to be willing to do something about it while he still can.
