I think I'm suffering from the same thing! I, too, had an MRI and it showed nothing. I have an appointment tomorrow with my Dr., and I don't know what he's going to say or do. Is the pain right where the neck and skull meet? That's where my pain is...one of my brothers said to have a chiropractor work on you...claims that he's had it before and the back Dr. helped. I'll wait and see what the Doc says...until then, I'm just taking Tylenol or IBuprophen. I worry too much as well and this doesn't help!
