I started menopause in my mid 30's. I had a male gyn who told me I was too young. I changed doctors because I knew there was something going on with me. Over the years I've had aches and pains in my shoulder, elbow and hips. I haven't been diagnosed with Osteoporosis yet but I do believe this is it. Its' had for me because everyone keeps telling me I'm too young. I'm always depressed and the pain is intensifying. Perhaps someone who has gone through what I am going through can help me to find a brighter side. Are there any foods I can eat that can help reverse the process. I cannot take hormone replacement therapy because of the number of women in my family that have cancer and heart problems. They have all advised me against it. I'm praying for your strength. Please also pray for me.
