The Journal of the American Medical Association carried an article on this in 1980's. In short no coffee, no tea , no cocoa and no chocolate and no smoking. Theory is to do with methyl xanthines and the break down of fat(the breast is mainly fat) into tri-glycerides. Tea etc contain caffeine, theobromine and these are methyl xanthines. The difficult ingredient is the need for self-discipline. For myself, total wheat exclusion and a fresh food diet has put my rheumatoid arthritis into remission. So I have an idea of the effort entailed. Best wishes.
