i too have fibro, extremely thin hair to begin with, but it is terrible now. i've been told it could be from the antideppressants, as many cause hairloss. there's also stress, nutrition, hormones. please let me know if you've made any progress in aliviating your problem. and if so, what did you do? it's making me really nervous, feel like i'll be bald in a matter of months at this rate. also, my thinning is allover my head, but seems to have really concentrated on my left side right on back to the middle of my head.
