What started out to be a day of X-mas shopping turned into one of the most scary times of my life so far! After trip to ER, then to my eye doc, was told I had an optical migraine, no head pain but much fear, episode lasted about 45 min. in the left eye only. Advised to see family doc for follow-up. Eye doc said causes could be stress, diet, fatigue. Any help? Feel a little better knowing I'm not alone on this one but wish no-one had to deal with this!
