Hi...about fibrocystic breast disease. I have it and have had it for a very long time.I am now in my early 60's amd have found nothing really helps it.I have pain sometimes but it is intermittent.I also have had mulitple surgeries for benign(thank God)tumors,so be careful that you have your mammograms regularly and pay attention to the results or ask questions and have the doc show you the x-rays.I could actually see the tumors in the x-rays.Good luck to you.
