Yes, it is possible to get pregnant before you've had a period, as you ovulate first, and round then you are "fertile". However, my doctor recommended we wait 3 months before trying again after our 1st miscarriage, (which was a blighted ovum) and we wish we had because I then miscarried again at 9 weeks. This time we followed advice, and not our hearts, and we now have a beautiful 15 month old daughter! Hope this helps you a little.
