I think that I may have seen this skin disorder before due to working in a rest home. It starts off as little bumps and then over 1-2wks turns into volcano-like sores. Go to your Dr b/c he will probably put her on anti-biotics due to being bacterial. Also ask if this skin ointment 'soframycin' is useful. Good luck Aroha ps I could find out the name of the anti-biotic if needed
