Please contact a rheumatologist. The symptoms you described are associated with Fibromyalgia. I had the very same conditions for 25 yrs. & was lucky enough to have it diagnosed by a rheumatologist many years ago. Please read all you can find on Fibromyalgia I'm sure you will see the symptoms are all very much like what you are living with. Then please see a Rheumatologist that understands Fibro. If he passes it off seek another. There is help and hope. Many of us Fibro patients understand your frustration. Good Luck.
