You need to see your doctor. I had a pinched nerve a year ago, it ran down the back of my leg. After an MRI the doctor found one ruptured and two herniated disk. I had surgery and now am pain free. There is treatment without therapy but my foot and calf started getting numb so they surgically removed disks. The longer you wait, the more nerve damage occurs. It took me a year to regain strength in my right foot. Good luck.
