Kim,my dad has been suffering from herpes zoster for the last year and a half, I can honestly say he´s tried every single thing you can find in the market.. EVERYTHING! and there´s only once thing that hides the pain pretty good. He uses lydocaine pomade and patches applied on the pain zones and he says there´s nothing like it, he´s even thinking about comercialize it in other countries LOL hope it helps
