I also had a car accident which made me loose consciousness. I had swelling but nothing showed up on c-scans or mri's. I had severe headaches. I did have a pet-scan show up areas of injury. The only thing that works is imitrex (available in injection, pills or a nasal spray.) or esgic-plus (fioricet). The tylenol got me sick also. Good luck. It will get better.
