My husband has bell's palsy with ramsey hunt syndrome and he also had shingles in his left ear along with paralysis on his left side of face. Very discomfort, with lots of pain. He has had this horrible mess since the end of May. Also, he had a major stroke, April of 98'. Left with impaired memory, coginitive decisions and left paralysis.
