Might I suggest you go to your doctor or hospital as this could be angina. I had pains in my chest, numbness in arm and burning sensation in throat only. It turned out to be angina followed within 3days to be a small heart attack. One big thing to have done immediately is to have your colestrol checked because if it is bad you might be in for a big shock in the future as I was when it all happened to me
