I just saw your message of one year ago and want to know what you have learned since then. My 7-year-old neice is showing signs of precocious puberty with development of pubic hair and vaginal bleeding. I have just learned of this and they are in England where I feel the medical care is not up to par. Any information and or links/websites you can pass along is greatly appreciated by me and my sister to whom I can e-mail all info.
