I just wanted to let you know that sometimes pain, especially lower back pain can be severe and all your tests can come back normal. I am a victum of chronic back pain with the same symtoms as yours. I did start out with a herniated disc and surgery but I am SO MUCH WORSE since surgery and all my tests...CT Scans, MRI Scans, Bone scans, Muscle\nerve tests all of them are totally normal. It is very hard to deal with pain that you can't put a finger on the reason why but there are so many nerves that go in and out of your back and if they are pinched even in the tiniest way it causes problems that don't show on medical tests.
