I fell in 1992 and my pain was like that also.The doctors took x-rays,ct.and nothing showed up.I have now found I hae siatica,radiculopathy.After my fall my pelvic was dislocated for six months before anyone found it.I am disabled and still have back pain,can't lift anything over five lbs.on a regular basis.I wish you good luck and find a good doctor.You might have better luck if it isn't workers comp.
