Hi,I have had this disease for 5 years now, and there is nothing I haven't tried. The doctors say the only thing left is either completely remove the breasts or skin them out and put implants in. I will live with the pain, although somedays that gets hard. I can go from a 34a cup to a 38c cup in 24 hours, that is how much they swell.About all I can do some days is just sit and not move my arms. I take the pain medicene ultram, it is the only thing that helps alittle with the pain. But nothing stops the soreness. If any of your doctors put you on Danocrine, please know you can only take it for 3 months, I wasn't told that and was on it for 1 year, twice the normal doseage, then found out it can damage the liver! Do any of you ever hurt so much from the pain that it hurts to take a deep breath? I know I get tired of sleeping on my back with heating pads, then having to have help sitting up because the pain is so bad. Also here is a tip, if the breast gets cold, the blood vessels constrict, and that causes more pain. The doctors have told me that they haven't seen anyone as bad with this disease as me, guess I'm just the lucky one, ha,ha! Some months are better than others, but I have some months when I have 1 good day without much pain. If anyone wants to e-mail me, I will try to help. I have a long list of things I have tried. Good luck to everyone with this, I know the pain, and what it feels like giving up things I enjoy doing because the pain is to bad to even walk, open doors, anything that you have to move your arms to do, which just about includes everythilng.
