Kathy
Dear Kathy - Regarding heel pain-I was diagnosed with Calcaneous Bursitis in booth heels. This is very painful, has a settling effect like arthritis that's why its painful in the morning. With help from a Sports Medicine Dr. the route of treatment was first Tulley's Heel Cups, then soft orthodics(molded to my heel shape) hard plastic orthodics and eventually cortisone shots in each heel which was painful as not novacaine was used before the injection and that is just a painful. The shot gave releif but care must be taken when choosing which shoes to wear(supportive heel) and icing when needed and elevation of feet at first sign of distress. Good luck - I sympathize and hope this info will help you. Cher
