My Mom was diagnosed with Blepharospasm a couple years ago. Since that time, she has been receiving BOTOX injections to help with her eye spasms.It has also moved to other parts of her face. Now her doctor has told her that the injections would not help her anymore. This eye disorder will eventualy make her eyes clamp shut.I have heard of a surgery that might help, but it is, so we are told, very disfiguring to the face. I have been trying to find out more about the surgery. With not much luck! Her doctor acts like she should just give. I will not give up trying to find something that might help her. Please if anyone is familiar with this rare eye disorder and can help us, please do! It just breaks my heart to see her. Thank you C.
