yah i get those symptoms mostly dizziness. I found that if you spray a antihistamine into your nose and lay your head back if relieves the pain sometimes and dizziness. You can get the same result with a saline spray that is cheap at any drug store to spray up there also remember to lay your head back after you spray it to get it to lubricate the eustation canal.
