I started taking HydroEye several weeks ago. I haven't had any major improvement yet. Also, Theratears are the best drops for me and gel at night. My dry eye came from Lasik. I have also stopped anything that causes drying like antihistamines and hormones. I have improved some but still can't tolerate long sessions on the computer or reading. I will be starting cyclosporin (prescription) next week. I am hoping that the right combination for me could bring my life back to normal. Good luck to you all.
