Your muscles got an unexpected jolt, it could last for a couple of months. If there is damage that was undetected, the pain can reoccur down the road. My daughter was lightly hit from the rear on the passenger side and she is still experiencing back pain off and on for a year! The woman who hit her ran and the police even had her tag number. They did not do a thing to her! Life is strange at times.
