Yes. It is possible that he may be suffering from Migraine head ache. However, the chances are that he may also have seizure activity goin on inside his head, which is not visible to other people on the out side. Those seizures are called "absense seizures" and can cause problems. Inflammation of brain tissue can also cause head pain. When was the last time, your child has had an 24-48 hours of EEG? MRI scan?
