Now this is a long way from eczema but it might be worth a try if you're desperate-change your diet to low animal fat-no red meat, chichen and turkey permitted in small portions but only with skin removed, high amounts of soy in the form of tofu, soy milk, tofutti instead of ice cream, eliminate regular milk and cheese, high amounts of fruits and vegetables.
