I developed tinnitus three months ago after being exposed to loud music for a few hours. I have constant ringing in both ears and have multiple tones at the same time. My left ear is worse than my right and a very high pitched ringing sound spikes about every three seconds in my left ear. My question is has anyone else with tinnitus exjperienced the "spiking" of a high pitched ring in their ear(s)? Also, I feel like I am being driven to madness with this disorder--has anyone with tinnitus come across any treatment that has helped them? I would greatly appreciate any help.
