I'm sorry, I've been there and it isn't any fun. Try taking Alleve and use a heating pad and your lower abdomen, set it on low or medium and lay the heating pad over a towel so you don't cause skin damage. Also a long soak in a hot bath might help relax you. I had horrible cramps for years until I started taking birth control pills and that seemed to do the trick. Those days are long gone thanks to a hysterectomy but I won't ever forget them, good luck!
