I have Asthma so know your concern. Your new whole house air cond. will surely have a filter. You can get several kinds & some bust be slid out & vacumned once a month..others longer. The A/C will also have filters. We have whole house A/C, softened water and whole house water purification system so even while taking a shower, you are not subjected to chlorine..but not whole house air purification. You might try the filters in both & if that isn't enough, get the whole house air purification system..most practical option ...
