have been diagnosed with primary sjogrens syndrome about 6 years ago ..have zero saliva, dry eyes but both under control... nothing else until about 7 months ago... mainly on both forearms i get these small red blotches appearing rather suddenly... itchy then fade gradually with a little skin scaling off... my family m.d. who follows me with the sjogren's...says it is ecxema... it appeared in nov. '99 and goes from wrists to just about the middle upper arms... both of them.... no where else on the body... and never , ever had any skin outbreaks like this in my life ... is this tied to sjogren's?? ...any treatments out there?? thanx!!
