I also have had this disease for about 2 1/2 years. I was also diagnosed with Bipolar Disease, Meniere's Disease and Anemia. The bipolar has been under control with meds, but before I was on them, I would lash out at anyone in close proximity. MS can also effect memory, so your mother might want to have her doctor get her tested by a psycho-neurologist. Hope this helps you, it helped me.
