I have a rare kidney disease nephrogenic diabetes insipidus, I have the same volume of urine going out as your husband, and I didn't think I needed to be on dialysis because of that , but its not true. I've been on dialysis a year now , and I feel so much better now . I wouldn't fight the dialysis, you will hate it and the world at first , but after a while it will be something you are so thankful for and will be happy doing it because you know how much better it makes you fell , and how it improves the quality of your life.
