I husband was recently put on dialysis. He still urinates 240-300cc of urine 4-6 times a day. Should he be on dialyis??? He is frustrated right now, because he feels the doctors do not know what they are doing? I have been in the health field for 20 years and I feel he has been misdiagnosed. He has had a kidney sonogram, and it states that his cortices around the kidneys are thin. And his biopsy said he is in near kidney disease. He is ver confused because he gets different answers from different people.. He just wants to know if he needs to stay on dialysis... Thank you Suzanne M. Castillo
