My four and a half year old son also has an educational diagnosis of Sensory Integration Dysfunction. The school Occupational Therapist will be trying new therapies for this (as soon as all the steps are taken to get this into his IEP - which by the way is a very lengthy, very tiring process). Although, we have seen a Neuro-Psychologist who suggets that he possibly has Pervasive Developmental Disorder (PDD) - within the Autism Spectrum. Sensory Integration Dysfunction, as we have been told, is part of Pervasive Developmental Disorder/Autism. Help me out with any information regarding this, please.
