i've had pitoryasis rosea three times.it's an airborne virus.,your body must be in a certain weakness to get it.normally once you've had it you're immune.i don't know why i'm not.more women than men get it.it's either from the waist up or down.it seems to take a few months to go away.the scars(brown spots)seem to take longer to fade.there is also i spot that will be much larger than the rest-it's called a"mother spot".also the spots will be mirrored(same size etc.)on each side of the body.the only thing that i've been given is cortazone cream for the itching.the ultra violet treatments don't really do anything.
