My almost 10 yr. old son was told by his pediatrician that he has pitoryasis rosacea. (I'm not sure on the spelling) My son was told that there is no known cure, and that it should disappear on it's own. Well, that's been a couple of months, and with the summer right around the corner, I've noticed the rosacea has given his tan a speckled look, like a leopard. The rosacea is around his neck, upper back and upper chest. I've started to put hydrocorisone cream on it with hopes it will help tone it down. Any advice?
