I am a hairstylist. I have a client who is having a birthmark on her neck lasered off..she has had two treatments and it looks as if it will be gone soon. If your parents have insurance, you need to explain to your family Dr that this is a serious issue for you and that you want it gone...I think most good insurances will pay for it too. Please, be vocal about what you need and try to accomplish this. Doing so will give you more power and self-esteem than you could imagine. Good luck
