hello...my name is Debbie and I too have a daughter w/ fragile x...Crystal is 14...and is compulsive as well...her room is spotless!!! She has done well in school w/ no meds...her brother is also fragile x....that's another story!!! I just make sure that everything has a routine...fragile x kids don't relate well to changes in their schedule...girls seem to do well in english and that sort....trouble in math is common...Crystal does well in school....some problems w/ putting words in alphabetical order......but is very gifted in her writing.........it does get better....you will cry at times...but you will laugh too....Crystal even has a boyfriend now...a preacher's son ( he is special as well)....best wishes...let me know how the girls are doing...Debbie
