Hi! I, too, suffered severe pain in my left knee, dragging my let around. My Dr. recommed the arthoscopic surgery. I was 60-years-old at the time. He told me he could not garantee success, that's it's an individual thing. He siad it coul;d give relief for five minutes, five days or five years! I was in such pain I told him to go for it! That was four years ago, and I still feel I am a long way from a knee replacement. Remember the surgery is not a cure, it's to clean up the mess inside your knee. But the relief was so great for me!
