I understand what you are talking about. I work in ophthalmology. I have seen patients who are unable to see any change and nothing seems to help. Have you ever tried getting puntal plugs, they block the tear duct to help your natural tears lubricate your eyes. Also a new ointment is out called Genteal. I have very dry eyes and this ointment has been very helpful. I use Genteal Gel, Refresh drops and decrease caffiene and decongestants. Hope this is helpful to you. There could also be an underlying problem, have your doctor do a complete physical.
