My sister and I both suffer sever itchy skin on our arm and legs after a shower. Sometimes I just crawl back into bed and rub my legs untill it starts to go away. It doesn't happen all the time, but usually for a few weeks when the season turns to spring or fall. I have found that if my legs are itchy before my shower I have a bath with a little baking soda in it and then put on gold bond lotion and crawl back into bed for ~10 minutes. If my legs are not itchy before my shower then I have a shower with the fan off and the crack under the door blocked with a towel so that no draft can get in. I don't know why but this seems to help prevent the itchiness. I hope this might help a little. I am searching for help too. Since it is the begining of fall I am at my worst right now and can not find much relief. Liza
