Hey John,, If you find any chat rooms concerning gout ,,, let me know..I've never seen one for that or related... I have Spondyloarthropathy same thing but in feet.. actually I have the spuring from gout on my spine too...but fortunately,,it's not causing me much trouble...they're just not in the spots for great pain...I've had the crystals get in my kidneys before though...felt rough....now I'm on 2 meds that seem to finally be controling it....if you ever find anything that really helps let me know....
