Darlene - I have the same condition. We moved to Arizona last August from Cleveland, and you're right, the climate makes it worse. I am using an over the counter eye drop that was recommended by an opthamologist in Sun City. It's called Occucoat. It does provide some relief but this condition is just miserable. You'll have to let me know what part of AZ you're in. Also let me know if you have found any help from the medical profession. I am even trying accupuncture as a last resort. Not much relief there either.
