As we both run a Crohn's & Colitis Support Group in Johannesburg, South Africa, we would be interested to purchase the book you mention for us and the group and therefore would like to know where we could purchase it. John has had Crohn's D. for over 12 years now and in that time, has had to undergo 4 major operations - resections (laporotomies) and removal of masses of adhesions. Whilst we have had many speakers at our meetings over 3 years and they have been both professional and others, one understands that although diet plays a large role in the diseases, it is, in fact, so individual and difficult to have one particular diet for say all Crohn's people and one for U. Colitis. There seem to be so many variables and each person is unique and different. I'm sure you have read the book and we are curious to know if it has helped you in any way and would like to keep in touch with you, if possible.
