read your letter, sounds familiar. i too experienced similiar symtoms after hysterectomy, and ovaries both removed. Had panic attacks about 6-8 times, and increases Premarin to .o9 from.625. I also have 1/2 thyroid, and find the best hormone replacement on the market is natural progestrone cream from health food store. have tried alot of different things and this is the best with no side effects.
